Born in central Italy, but moved to the North among some of the most spectacular mountains of Europe: the Dolomites.

From a young age, Mauro Battistelli has always been fascinated by travels to remote lands.

 

With his camera he tries to immortalize the beauties that Nature offers, enhancing wonders and capturing unique moments.

 

During his travels he managed to admire the wildest places that our planet can offer us such as: The Arctic Circle in the Yukon (Canada), the Icelandic lands, the Swamps of Texas, the incredible deserts of the Puna, the majestic mountain ranges of Patagonia, the jungles and the Asian seas, the plains of Australia and then return to the unique Dolomites of their kind.

 

The adventure, the unknown, the sense of freedom are essential factors for his Creativity.

 

In recent years he has received several international awards that spur him to continually improve.
